AWARDS
Aldo Daccò Award 2012, assigned by AIM (Associazione Italiana di Metallurgia) for the outstanding work on foundry and solidification techniques of ferrous and nonferrous alloys. Winners: Chiara Soffritti e Daniele Casari for the presentation of the reasearch entitled “Valutazione comparativa dell’effetto di tre differenti tipologie di affinante sulle proprietà meccaniche e microstrutturali della lega di alluminio A356 da fonderia”. The work was published in the international journal La Metallurgia Italiana (2013), vol. 105(4), p. 31-40, (ISSN 00260843)
